If it could be less than one star, i would choose that. I canceled my membership before billing cycle since they were unwilling to reduce my dose without charging me more money. Not only did they charge me anyway because "cancellation has to be before billing date." (and it was) but they then refused to send the medication because "you cancelled your membership." Bait and switch, fraud ..whatever you want to call it. Beware.

I spoke to my advisor about wanting twice a week subq injections. He said we could do that he would just have to make a change in the order. My order took a long time to arrive. I had to follow up to see where it was at. When it did it came with IM needles or once a week injections. Also, i feel a little left in the dark about my timeline. What to receive and when. My next lab tests. It would be nice to know that info without having to ask. Every time i do email i get a new person telling me they are the coordinator in charge. I do feel like it is up to you to do the research and follow up to stay up to date. You have to continually ask, or you will get no info. Even on my portal. There is no info other than my order shipped.
