I have been with HM for over a year. Customer Service: During this course of time, I have interacted with their customer service staff with my various, small questions/ concerns. They have been answered with courtesy, responsive interactions. To the extent that I split my time between two homes, in different states, and have to periodically change my shipping address back and forth, and it has never been a problem or issue. Product: Injectable semaglutide was my prescription and I never had an issue with the medication they prescribed me. My weight loss result was efficient and more than I had expected. My script was sent from Hallandale pharmacy, again, never with any issue of efficacy, temperature, etc. Overall: I have been pleasantly surprised by Henry Meds. Having never tried an online telehealth company, I didn’t have high expectations. I would recommend and would utilize their services for this product again.

They charged my card before I had an appointment or was even approved for medication. I canceled the appointment and they still charged my card. Refused to refund.

I was charged $99 on 1/15/25 . Appointment with a PA on the 1/18 and prescribed Phentermine. Still had not received my medication by 1/26/25 nor heard anything at all after calling and speaking to a representative who said she would email me with the information. I also emailed Henry meds twice to ask when I would receive my medication since I have to be home to sign for it but received no response. This is starting to look sketchy!!

Deceitful practices. They send your meds then double charge and keep charging every month even if you don't refill. They will not refund your money. Do not trust Henry Meds!!!! They double charged my daughter and I on at least 4 occassions. The most recent overcharge, they refused to refund and we did NOT receive the medication.
