The medication didn't work + Hidden fees
The medication didn't work at all so I elected not to refill my prescription. The company then charged me maintenance fees as an inactive patient, and refused to refund them. AVOID Henrymeds at all costs - there are much cheaper, effective alternatives out there without the greed, inflexibility and poor customer service.

Transparency is a priority at Henry Meds, and we strive to ensure all patients have a clear understanding of our services and billing practices. Per our Terms of Service, all subscriptions remain active until explicitly canceled. If a patient is inactive for over 30 days without using services like appointments or prescriptions, the account transitions to a “Platform Management” program. This ensures that patients can easily resume care when needed. All Henry Meds patients are encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to address any issues with their treatment. We offer a variety of treatment options, so if one medication isn’t effective, our providers are committed to finding alternatives that may work better for you.

Unorganized unscrupulous
Meds always very late. Promised to give me credit for missed meds and they never followed through. I finally went with a different company for glp1. Henry med continued charging my credit card for 3 months so far 449.00 per month. I’m on hold right this minute trying to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are disorganized and unscrupulous!!! Get your glp1s elsewhere!!

Worth it
I took my first shot and within 24 hours I had control over my hunger. I'm only a week in but I can actually make healthier choices without feeling like I'm starving. I've already dropped 12lbs and am still on the smallest dose. So far I have only experienced a very small amount of nausea.
