I cancelled my subscription due to an allegic response. The next shipment did not arrive as requested, but the company charged me $379 anyway and refused to refund.

Second appointment complete! I did have to reach out to support to get my second/follow up lab order placed, when it was supposed to be done automatically. However, the issue was taken care of swiftly and with great customer service. My follow up appointment was quick, informative and professional! So far really enjoying using Henry Meds!

These people are scammers. I only subscribe for three months of supply and then I told them to stop charging me because I didn’t like their program. It’s not working for me. But then I noticed they charged me for an additional three months. Without sending any supply. And when I complained, they said I don’t qualify for a refund. This is one of the biggest scams of my life. To the reply : so you want to continue to care so you charge them but don’t send then the supply ??? Perfect costumer service… please care less
