This website is misleading and doesn’t provide you an accurate detail of what you’re signing up for. When I originally signed up, I thought I would pay a flat fee of $99 to receive one month of ohentermine, little to my knowledge, less than 3 weeks later I was billed $149 and I was told “I signed up for a subscription” this is bullshit and they take advantage of their customers. They refuse to refund me

I would give a zero star if that was an option! It was recommended that I try the oral semi-glutide which I actually gained wait while I was on it. I was then switched to the injection and did not have any significant weight loss. Instead of canceling I decided to pause my account through the holiday season and then decide how to proceed. I called 2 days after my “pause” expired to cancel and was told that my medicine had not shipped and my cancel would be processed. A few days/week later I received and email saying that my account was not cancelled because of a change in their policy effective January 1st. I was also charged the $297. I subsequently asked when my medicine was scheduled to delivered they told me that it wasn’t going to be delivered because I cancelled 😠 I have literally asked for this to be reviewed at least 4 times and every time it’s been denied. So Henry Meds charged me $297 for a product they had no intention of sending me.

I'm going on 3 weeks since my last dose of TRT and I'm supposed to be dosing once a week. I ran out of TRT a week before my scheduled blood test which they make you take after a 90 day cycle of dosing. By the time I scheduled, took the blood test and had a video appointment with one of their Dr's. It will be three weeks in between doses which is really unacceptable. How am I supposed to get the long term results if I am interrupting the dossing like this every three months? They should give you enough doses to keep injecting until next dose....

This is a really great health care company. I am very impressed with Audra the Nurse Practitioner. She goes above and beyond! She advises on diet, titration of medication if one dose isn’t working, exercise, medication side effect, suggestions for what will help with side effects. She is super knowledgeable. I feel very safe in her hands. Customer Service is GREAT! Always answers, hold time is super short, they get back to you promptly by email. Never had any issues. I’m very happy with my Henry Meds experience.
