I started TRT and the process was easy. The labs were convenient I have one close to my work. The doctor I am working with is great. The vials get delivered in time. My 3 month follow up went well. He adjusted my dose up a little. I like they don’t just bump you up too fast. They gradually get you there to see how your body reacts to the meds.

Great employees This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I was upset & irritated. Your awesome rep, Arek de-escalated by acknowledging my frustration. That made me feel like the company cares about its customers. Arek then made me feel a whole lot better by clearly explaining how the billing cycle/shipping works. That is what most competent representatives would’ve done… BUT after this, Arek then went above & beyond by taking the initiative to get my billing cycle changed- which works much better for me as well as following up days later just to reassure me. This is how you do it! Wow

Originally I thought HenryMeds was great, however, after about a year of using them the quality of service I have been getting has continued to deteriorate. I would imagine that as they've scaled they have not done a great job of updating their processes to handle higher amounts of volume and it shows.

My patient visits with Paul McOmber are fantastic. He reviews my labs with me, goes through not only the data but why it’s important and has great dialogue with me about how I’m feeling. Henry Meds itself provides the prescribed materials on time and the quality is not an issue.
