I started my trt journey with a clinic over a year ago. At 31 my levels were at 280ish and I was over weight and unhealthy. The clinic took care of me. Levels went from 280 to 600 to 1100. At 1100 I felt like a demi god but it was to high. So drop the weekly dose a bit and I maintained roughly mid 800s. Perfect. Only problem it was expensive. 56 bucks a week per shot. So I decided to jump on henry meds for some savings at 99 a month. I was like in the best shape of my adult life at this point. Over 50 pounds lost and getting ripped. This turned out to be the biggest mistake. Provider gave me a run around and started me at a dose that was less than half of the dose I was getting at the clinic. I was a bit iffy at and should of listened to my gut. I followed my instructions for my 3 month pack to make sure everything is good. So I maintained my good diet and routine and felt the decline fast. Libido gone, drive gone, strength gone, energy is at pre trt levels. I ran back to my old clinic to feel like normal but again expensive while Henry is charging me in tbe background 99 a month. So I had to pick henry just to save money. Contined with my prescription as directed. Felt like my life was drained out of me as each week passed by. Henry alleged sent out lab orders. I didnt get notified. I checked and inquired they resent and I went to the lab. No lab orders from henry. The same lab I went to to start henry. Finally i just printed the order myself and turned it in. Labs came in and my test is like 380 and I feel like crap. Just 100 over what I was before my trt. This has been the worst 3 months and I regret even starting with them. I keep getting charged and only got my first 3 month treatment. Im pissed off and over this. They need to fix this ASAP. The package you get is nice. Good shots and needles and everything you need to do it at home. The vials tho... of the trt... what a joke. I would say 1/8 full as prescribed. Im sure I could spit more than what was in each bottle. Ive maintained the weight thats always been healthy for me. My diet has not changed really at all. Just a tad eating out less. My workouts have suffered the most. When from fat guy at the gym to demi god for 45 mins to an hour. To now 12 15 mins and im done. Dont even get me started on libido. Yes im ranting but im pissed off on how this played out. I guess you get what you paid for. Update So I spoke to one of the managers. He was kind and very open to hearing my complaint and looking for a solution. It do appreciate talking to him and point me to the right direction. An appointment was made and we went from there. A few days later I spoke to one of the Doctors. Her casual arrogance pushed me over the edge. Won't listen and stuck to her numbers and opinions. I bent the knee to her because she up my dose a tad and but her arrogance and power trip got me. So I filled out my cancelation. Im not mad at the regular customer service employees and line level but that final talk to the dr made it clear. HENRY IS NOT FOR ME.

My virtual appointment went great. The doctor was kind, courteous informative and smiled the entire time! I wish she was local so she could be my primary doctor. I loved the excellent service and attitude.

First refill appointment with Henry Meds. Performed in-home blood draw and sent in. Results were quick, thorough and informative. Performed blood donation as suggested and scheduled appointment with medial provider. Appointment was smooth and logical, looking out for my medical needs above all else.

My provider was timely, responsive, and made me feel so at ease. I'm also so impressed with the communication, the education materials, and the patient portal.

I am not typically the one to leave bad reviews, however, Henry Meds is terrible! Read the fine print in the contract before signing. I tried to cancel my subscription because my primary care physician highly recommended I stop taking the medication. I called Henry Meds and they DON’T care about their clients health. They refused to even negotiate with me about canceling my subscription. 10 out of 10 I would NOT recommend. This company is ripping so many people off! They have been billing me for Meds I have not received in months. My PCP recommended filing several complaints on different forums.Shame on you, Henry Meds!
