Quick and informative.

I discovered that Henry Meds continued to bill my credit card monthly after I had canceled services, and no products or support were provided during that time. When I requested a refund for the unused charges, the company declined, citing the agreement terms, without consideration for the circumstances. The experience was difficult to navigate, customer support was not solution-oriented, and the process to discontinue services was overly complicated. While policies are necessary, reputable businesses balance policy with fairness and customer care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Henry Meds and hope they improve transparency, customer support, and their billing practices moving forward. Henry's takes your money before ever giving appointments and any medication. THEY ARE SLOW DISHONEST AND RUDE WHEN DEALING WITH doctors. DONT USE HENRY'S...PAY THE EXTRA MONEY WNS AND DEAL WITH RELIABLE TRT ROGRAMS BUT *DONT TRUST HENRY'S EVER!!! Terrible experience

Just cancelled my subscription after finding out that this company is not medically qualified to be treating patients. They do NOT have a practicing medical DOCTOR on staff that will see patients as they downsized the company and let them go. I do not trust an internet medical company that does not have a practicing physician on staff nor should you.

Delays upon delays on shipping medication. They put you on a subscription, which is a flat fee regardless of whether they ship you refills on time or not. I am now on my third week going without the medication I have already paid for. And they keep billing me for services not rendered. They used to at least respond to calls and emails, but it is getting harder and harder to get a hold of anyone, and the AI chatbot is completely useless.

Subscribed to GLP-1 meds that had no effect. I lost 0 weight in 6 months with no reduced appetite or cravings as when I did when I took the medication before. Think I was getting placebos, diluted or weak medication. They kept charging me for the full year saying I signed a commitment even though their medication was ineffective and I feel bogus and selling junk because having taking the meds before I know how it made me felt and this did absolutely nothing could not cancel their fake medications.

I loved Henry Meds since the first time I had a treatment with them. Everything super professional and very human at the same time. Everything easy and quick. Everytime I have a question they answer it very quickly and are always offering support. It makes me feel safe and confident about my treatment and results.

Very pleased, great provider, always prompt with any questions I have, overall great experience!!
