I am a newer TRT Patient. My PA Jessica is outstanding, the care team also amazing. No surprise costs and a truly seamless process. The labs are monitored and in my case I had some high levels they reached out to me right away with a solution. I never felt better.

They expressed that if I had a problem with the medication to let them know and we can use my local pharmacy. That was not true, I asked for a phone call with the provider, that never happened, while waiting for a call from a provider, they sent out another script of the medication. Long story short, the meds were trash and I never got that call. I hoped they lied and say they did because we use cellphones so show me when?
