Service seems to wait until the last minute to ship you your testosterone. They do not seemed concerned if you run out and their service center won't provide any help. I run out on the 5th of Dec and my order ships at earliest the 2nd of December with no timeline explanation. Seems careless to do this after Black Friday and during the holidays. I would avoid the service.

I was supposed to recieve a kit to check my testosterone levels, never got it. Messaged back in 2 weeks. Said they didn't have the address. So they couldn't contact me with in 2 weeks? Then they shipped the kit, it never came. Guess they got $129 out of me. The last money they will ever get from me.

The doctor that communicated with me listened, discussed and resolved any issue I was concerned about. I appreciate the customer service.

The customer service is extremely fast and effective, once you find a good Dr. stick with them. The only thing that I would like is if they would text me with updates regarding appointments or refills.

I had my consult with Jessica Roberts. She was amazing! Very informative, knowledgeable, and personable. I am giving 5 stars for her!! If I could give the customer service a rating it would be a 1! I was supposed to be charged $197 for the first month/new customer fee after a mix up and error while tried to renew. I tried many times to renew to no avail so the rep told me she would enter me as a new patient and the perk would be I got the new patient price. I did all of this while online with her. I only decided to renew with Henry Meds after this offer. Per customer service rep I was told this was the case and even filled out new patient form online only to be charged the $297 immediately following my consult today. Not happy and though they claim the calls are recorded they wouldn’t go back and refused my $100 refund. Due to this, I will not renew with them again and will NOT recommend them as there are many options for cheaper or same price. So don’t believe a customer service rep because their words, although recorded, mean nothing. This company obviously does not honor their employees words.

I’m having the worst experience getting my Semiglutide refilled. I’ve ran out a week ago, called customer service 3 times since and they keep finding excuses, “we will look into it” my prescription is still under “processing” and they don’t give a $hit about you as customer. They charge you monthly regardless and aren’t capable enough to refill a medication???? Disgusting

I spent $3000 on a years supply of Semaglutide and when it arrived it was from a different pharmacy than they monthly medication. It arrived hot and without syringes. I immediately reached out to HenryMeds and was told that the medication is fine if it gets hot and I said I wanted it replaced, that the monthly meds come in a cooler bag with multiple ice packs and this came in a plastic bag with no syringes. They refused to replace the meds, refused to refund or discount me and refused to send me any syringes. I was incredibly happy with them when I did monthly, but the bulk order was an absolute joke and I will not be using them moving forward.
