Excellent Service

My experience isnt great since I have ran out of test for more than 2 weeks twice now and it really sucks to crash with no testosterone. I understand they grew too fast and are having trouble keeping up. Other than that they have been super helpful and worked with me to figure out solutions to no providers in my state Kentucky. Customer service has been helpful and they have worked out figuring stuff out instead of leaving me hanging. Its a good company just got to big to fast. I understand growing pains.

Absolutely deceptive! I unknowingly have been charged $50 per month for the last 4 months! I bought in bulk last june and and paid in full, because I specifically did not want any sort of membership or commitment to them. I just wanted to buy my meds and move alone. I had no idea this money had been taken out every month for 4 months. I called them and they said that this fee was something that is written somewhere in my agreement for bulk order. I was completely unaware of this. Of course when I called them they refused to refund me. I hate hate hate sneaky fees like that. It is very deceptive to do to people!

So far, I’ve had a great experience with Henry Meds. The telehealth doctor I spoke with asked lots of questions and listened to what I was looking for and my concerns.

Every visit is pleasant, every perscription is on time.

The follow-up support and calls are always great. Outstanding in my opinion.

Again should be a zero star. The medication I received was in fact NOT phentermine. I started taking the medication I received and saw zero results so I brought what I was receiving to a qualified Dr. & his PA wife. They ran some tests and said not only is the pill too small to be 37.5 mg it is in no way phentermine, not to mention the questionable labeling of the pill itself. CONSUMERS BEWARE. I am now lawyered up. I have asked for a full refund which they refuse. They also say they use a 3rd party pharmacy. Well, if you don’t know what your clients are actually receiving, I have news for you, that makes you 100% culpable as well for fraudulent transactions. Your medication IS NOT what I ordered. I am ABSOLUTELY prepared to stand on this. YOUR CONTRACT IN NULL AND VOID considering I never received the proper medication. I should be given a full refund, but since you refuse, I will continue to make customers aware of your problematic & fraudulent practices. It’s not even about the money, it’s the principle. You are taking advantage of people & providing your clients with medications you yourself have not personally dispensed. To suggest I am the one that is mistaken is interesting considering your knowledge is solely based on what a 3rd party company is telling you they are doing. Unfortunately it’s your company’s name that is on the label, and your company I did business with. Do better 🤷🏻‍♀️
