The provider seemed very short and in a hurry for the few minutes she spent with me for an appointment. I felt like a number in a queue. Please train your providers to have compassion for the work they are doing.

My doctor was great straight to the point and willing to help.

I submitted an intake form, it looked like I was approved for meds, they took my payment info and said one business day to receive next steps and it’s been a week and still nothing. I have tried calling, emailing and chatting but no one is ever around during their business hours to help. Chat is always down, and no one answers phone or replies to emails. Maybe this company has folded and is still taking money for meds they never intend to send?? I don’t know what else to think! My portal shows no info other than my payment method.

I am a re-signing patient of Henry Meds. It took me 9 days of back-and-forth emails to FINALLY get the answers to my questions. There was no person available to speak with using the Customer Service phone number??? My questions could have been resolved with a 10-minute telephone conversation. I had 12 email correspondences with a representative. She clearly did not understand what I was asking, and I clearly did not understand what she was asking of me. I did finally get a resolution and resigned. If I was a first-time patient, I would have looked for another option. I would not recommend Henry Meds to anyone that is starting a GLP-1 without the ability to speak one on one with a representative!

I have now had three appointments in a row and the Dr. assigned to me did not show. You can't get in touch with any and if you do get a rep, they push your appointment out for 2 to 3 weeks only for them not to show up. The trend is things go good until your second round. This has been a complete waste of my time.

At the beginning of my journey to losing weight with Semaglutide, I noticed immediate changes in my weight and was excited. However, after the first 6 or 7 weeks I hit a brick wall and the weight loss sort of stopped… I contacted the good people at Henry Meds and they raised my dosage and I was back on the right track again. My beginning weight was 148 pounds and for someone who is a whopping 5 feet tall and I say that with with as much pride as I can muster mind you, that’s a lot of weight! Thus, I was super excited watching this weight falling off and when it suddenly stopped I was so disappointed! Raising my dosage and seeing what a difference it made have me the confidence that I had lost and welcomed back, arms wide open. I’m now down to 125 and working on losing more. In my height range I should only weigh somewhere between 105 and 110. I’d be happy with 115! The folks at Henry Meds have been noticing but stellar! They have been by my side since the very beginning, I couldn’t ask for more… Thank you one and all! I appreciate all you’ve done for me! Teri

Dr. Swanson is exceptional. He has the perfect balance of expert medical knowledge and genuine compassion. His bedside manner is warm and reassuring; he takes the time to listen and makes you feel like you are his only patient. He explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about your well-being beyond just your symptoms. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly goes above and beyond!
