Caution when subscribing monthly. They’ll send you a vial and keep charging you. After I told them it wasn’t working, I got this unprofessional email telling me if I rejoined it would be $900 to join again. Lol ooookkaay. I subscribed for 6 months with minimal results. Typical med spa scam. They’re nice to you when taking your money, but god forbid, if you have any issues ….you're scum. No thanks.

I've been very happy with Henry Meds. They are responsive, easy to work with, and no trouble with getting prescriptions changed or refilled. Definitely recommend them.

Henry Meds reached out to me, and solved my problem, so I'm going to chalk the whole experience up to a misunderstanding, or a misguided reaction to my request. Refund Issued. Thanks !! Original complaint: I won't do business with them ever again. After being a loyal customer for over 14 months with Semaglutide, I was not getting results for several months in a row. I stopped and then started Trizepitide for two months. I wasn't seeing satisfying results, so I decided to stop. I wanted to get a consult and see what my options were. I scheduled the next available appointment which came a few days after they charged my credit card. During the appointment I decided to stop the service and clearly stated such. I later saw that they charged my credit card $349. I contacted them to state that I had stopped the service, AND, they had not shipped the product. They said no refund, this is a monthly subscription. And they won't budge. I really feel that they are now stooping to grab every penny they can get !! Very disappointed, what a rip off.

After being charged multiple times for a subscription for medication that I did not receive I reached out to resolve the issue. I had to repeat my issue multiple times to get answers. The person I chatted with also acted like it was my fault I had not received my medication for not filling out a form that I never received. No one at Henry Meds reached out to me to inform me if this, but that continually charged me. Henry Meds is terrible at communication and customer service. Once I receive the medication that I was already charged for I will not be using their services anymore.

From start I was impressed with the ease to set up an appt, availability of appt times, all the information available on the website. Loved that the meeting with the FNP was visual, helps to develop a good rapport, very professional and knowledgeable. Meds showed up 8 days following the appt with very clear instructions and well packed. I will be started my program this weekend and I'm looking forward to good weight loss results.
