Easy to sign up..
Easy to sign up... they give you alot of info to read before the appt over the phone so you can have your questions ready for them

The level of medical professionalism…
The level of medical professionalism has been so great. It actually took me by surprise. Everybody is knowledgeable and eager to answer questions.

100% Avoid
100% Avoid! The medication didn’t work. And they stopped sending me medication out of nowhere and said it was a mistake. I then asked for a refund or 2 treatments to catch up and they refused. When I tried to cancel they didn’t submit my request or follow up with a confirmation.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! The process of getting medication and fulfillment was great and straightforward as many people state in their reviews. However - Henry Meds is very vague on what happens when you stop ordering from them. They aren’t very clear about the conversion of your account to a membership for $49 a month. It’s a hold fee so you can meet with a doctor at sometime in the future. They will let you go forever not receiving services from them and keep charging you a $49 monthly fee for nothing. Find another provider you don’t have to put up with this deceptive practice. It’s shady!

The telehealth option is great
The telehealth option is great. I travel a lot for business so going to a brick and mortar building is difficult for me to manage.
