Communicating with your company is extremely difficult. Twice now, I have had appointments - did not receive a confirmation email - but stayed in the 'waiting room' for 45 minutes. apparently xx people were available, but I was never picked up - soooo frustrating.

No services were provided, but Henry Meds refuses to refund me $249. They will also no longer respond to my emails or phone calls.
