I had my appointment Hee Jin Cayetano, PA and she was so friendly and seem to really care. We discussed my treatment plan and didn’t feel rushed, she answered all my questions. My prescription was sent in that same day. I also really like the fact that I didn’t have to pay for my Subscription until after the doctors appointment and being approved. I would’ve hated to fork out money and be denied care but overall, I had a great experience

Paid almost $1500 in April, have only received one refill. I had asked for refund, no response. Total confusion about whether contract was canceled or not after they split from a provider earlier this year. Cannot get explanation. Do not recommend.

With age (I'll be 70 next month), weight loss can be difficult. I was on the phentermine program with only this med. In 6 months I lost 29 pounds because it reduced my "food noise". I would like to continue my weight loss journey and lose 15 to 20#. It's been a struggle doing it on my own because of the food noise. I'm starting again. I eat right and exercise but the medication results in me eating less. The health care professionals have been great.

Had an initial consultation and my provider no-showed. The support line routes straight to voicemail. I want someone from Henry Meds to contact me to reschedule my initial appointment. Not thrilled with my experience so far.
