Very poor customer service. I haven’t gotten my refill although they charged my credit card almost a month ago. When I call I get an answering service & NO ONE gets back to me. I’ve also tried chat. Nothing works! I’m going to contact the state attorney general this week. Stay away from this company!!!!

Not honest about cost at all. Ended up charging me $600 per vial which only lasted 6 weeks based off what the provider told me to take. Way over priced and not good customer service

I'm not able to schedule an appointment with a provider since they do not have an appointment slot, I'm about to run out of medication. I reported the fact that I'm about to run out of medication while waiting to speak to a provider to review and renew my prescription. I have not gotten a respond back.

I have refill questions for Henry Meds but get no response from them when I reach out. I have left over five messages to their "support staff team" and have yet to get a live person to talk to or even an email response (there is literally no way to make appointments without talking to someone). This has a very scammy feel and I'll have to look elsewere if this does not resolve asap. **update - Henry Meds "replied" to my review by providing the same email address that they are not monitoring and do not respond to. Useless. This place is DEF not what it used to be. Avoid and take your business elsewhere.

It took six weeks, and a canceled appt to finally get an appt. It took days to actually speak to a provider. I was told the appt was 7am. When I finally got help she figured out it was West coast time. I got 4 messages my application was incomplete. When I actually spoke to human beings they were terrific. Same for the counselor.

So far fantastic

I had a 15 min phone con with Asia, the PA, today. I had canceled several times before because I was afraid that my issue would not be understood. But...I finally went through with it today and Asia was very understanding. She explained the difference in medications (which I did not understand before) and she made me feel a sense of relief. My prescription is on its way now and I am so very happy. Thank you Asia and Henry Meds for helping me to feel a sense of relief and better about my current situation.

Ripoff! Do not sign up with this company. My refills are constantly late. There have been many times when I have gone over two weeks late in getting refilled. One of the PA’s confessed to me that this company fired half of their support staff. I believe it. I’m 10 days late right now on my refill, I have asked for answers 4 times now from customer service and no one is replying. It’s been a nightmare experience for me, on the whole.
