usually Hemper is amazing with everything- Just this recent box I received was late and my glass piece was broken on the inside.

I bought the Valentine's day box as a gift for my boyfriend, and so when I received it I kept it for a couple days before giving it to him. When he opened it the flower bong inside was broken, but I thought for sure the package insurance would cover it and send another one. But when I went to check on the package insurance it turned out that I didn't buy it, although I seriously thought I did, I must've just blanked. I was really stressed at first but after a bit of searching I found the customer service email for Hemper and emailed them with pictures of the bong. They responded within a couple hours and said they would send another bong right away. I was soooooo relieved. I normally have horrible customer service experiences for some reason but Hemper so far has been great. I received the new bong in perfect condition 10 days later and life is good.

My package got lost, which is totally understandable in the COVID world and Hemper is so quick to help and get another order out. It is something that I truly appreciate. They are so kind and helpful! Keeps me coming back!

So where do I start. I ordered my first box January OG box. I started with a 3x sub at first then changed my mind they went ahead and refunded that instantly. I got the box the glass piece was amazing and NOT broken.so So I wanted another one but Febs box. I went and looked and wasnt intrested in the flower bong. So i looked at old boxes and saw alot great ones. But they were 100$. Compared to the price for a monthly one I waited, thinking March might be cool. A few weeks went by its around the end of valentines day. I get a coupon for 25% of a glass water piece or a 35% off old box. That was game changing i went to the site and saw so many options but they had a sale on them. I thought great they already applied the deal site wide im not gonna be avle to stack them but I waa wrong! BAM 35% off on top of the sites 33% so the old boxes are 67$ i add the coupon and the total drops down to 43$. I was excited and wasnt paying attention and ordered the wrong box. I noticed after the transaction went through. I went ahead and messenger hemper it was really late in my time zone. They replied claiming to switch the boxs. Well the box came and it was wrong. Dang. I messaged them nicely just stating i got wrong box. Lets just say they went above and beyond for me anytime i needed and they are very Quick and respectful when it comes to their customers. BEST SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE I'VE EVER DELT WITH. Thank you HEMPER for making a daily stoner life stress free!

So my body hates me 🤣 and I broke my new favorite piece the hemper ice catcher beaker. I gotta say it has the best function of any piece Iv gotten from y’all. Anyway I reached out to Patrick again because this is my second time doing this and last time he was absolutely awesome to me. Same thing this time. I reached out to him directly and he helped me again with awesomeness. Y’all better keep him around. People like Patrick are the ones that give customer service reps great names and he clearly cares about the company and the customers.

I had a small issue with my order and Patrick replied super fast to my problem and didn’t hesitate to send me a new one very pleased ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Patrick helped me today even at times I was rude or upset he still seemed to help me in every way possible this company isn’t the best in my opinion but patrick and ur staff is very helpful
