My 1 time I was not happy

Hemper will always be my go to recommendation for quality goods and AMAZING costumer service. Couldn’t receive the product I purchased but hemper support immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. Best subscription service you’ll ever treat yourself to for its price, appreciation you hemper.co and keep doing what you do!

Great service and response time

After a week with no response they offer me $20 in store credit for $29 in items they never shipped to me, because I didn’t not purchase the additional $10 in shipping insurance. To be clear my package was not lost or damaged in shipping, the wrong items were put into the box. I point this out. They offer to email me a return shipping label for the incorrect items and as soon as they receive those items they will send out my stuff. Hopefully my return package makes it there. This is not a good way to run a business, especially when the issue was clearly on their end.

I know that hamper is a very well trusted and worth a visit site. I know that they will reassure me and send me another glass piece and I’m sure that this company. Trust pilot is also trustable since they work with Hemper.
