I was not contacted when my address was ‘flagged’ and not shipped, when I reached out I was asked to confirm my address, my response confirming my address and questioning why my room number was written twice was not responded to, instead I was asked to fill out this form—-I will not buy from hemper again nor recommend

Just go through your emails of why I'm sending this horrible experience to you. I've been waiting since September 11th for the camp box and I have gotten no camp box. It is now November 7th and I still have not received the camp box which I paid for. I filed for a re-shipment which was reimbursed. No problem but yet again it never showed up. Your company made an error and sent me another box that I had not paid for which was not my fault which was not at my request which did not resolve my issue on not getting my other box. So I made countless emails to attempt to get a positive response on receiving my camp box. None have made such efforts to satisfy this customer. The way I was treated I felt like I was wrong that I have done something wrong and that it's my fault. All I wanted to do was obtain the item I paid for which seemed to be too much of a hassle. So I requested for a refund for the box I paid for and never received. I was told no if I did not send back the other incorrect sent box which was also damaged on the box itself which I don't care about because I did not order that box. Like I said this was a horrible experience for me. I would like to continue shopping due to the fact you guys have exclusive items only from your business which I enjoy but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to continue my business here with you guys due to the fact that how hard this was to resolve which is not resolved still.. hopefully we can fix this. It doesn't seem like a big issue but obviously it is. I'm just trying to get what I paid for

I’ve received a couple of boxes from Hemper. Seems like every time I got a new box, the product got better! The pieces were all modern and unique, everything was well packaged and it was definitely worth the price! Would highly recommend for anyone.

The selections of rigs is amazing. The subscription box is a great value. Shipping is a little slow but the items were very well wrapped and damage free.

Really cool products, super good prices and shipping typically takes less than 6 days. This site is great, the customer support is great, the items are good quality and this site is worth every penny!

Would not recommend buying from Hemper. This was the first time I've purchased something from Hemper. I did not hear anything for 7 business days after I placed an order. It wasn't until I reached out to Hemper when they told me the items I bought were actually out of stock. I am currently waiting on a refund.

I still have an unanswered question in my last email. I’m sure it was just overlooked, though. Otherwise, the help I revived was adequate

I don't have the items I have purchased and your refund policy has not been in place it says "if your purchase has the wrong address it will be return to shipper and you will be given in store credit" my item has been returned I haven't received no credit or compensation. I have not received the bong I purchased either
