They introduced themselves, and gave me a quick, respectful and compassionate response. They also sent in my prescription promptly. I will tell everyone I know about Wisp. Update from making the complaint after I contacted them over 10 times via email also via WISP chat and calling the wisp phone number I left a message and got a response within four hours, 415-209-5810 after I received this email I called my bank Thank you for reaching out and confirming your information. Due to the nature of our industry, once our medical team has evaluated your chart & sent in a prescription, we are not allowed to recall it and therefore can’t issue a refund. We can contact your local pharmacy to check on your prescription and will get back to you shortly with an update. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns or questions. As I stated in the earlier comments, this is a company that will only respond if you keep paying for services even if they make a mistake and they made a mistake. They did not want to give me back my money. I did get the refund of $67.50 they said it will be credited back to my account in 3 to 5 business days as a one time exception however this is after they told me they will not be processing me a refund . I did thank them for reaching out to me however, I will not be dealing with this company any longer I still believe in what I stated that the medication is too generic that they have their own factory that they are making the medication in and that the medication will not work like your own pharmacies medication their medication is not good. I never received a the prescription from Wisp at the pharmacy. I did not receive the services that I paid for my pharmacy says the prescription is not there. They cannot find it in the system still.

They took too long to process my request and then every pharmacy was closed and I was out of town by the time it had even processed.

paid 90 to wisp... and that was with the black friday sale then still had to pay 60 at the pharmacy. TBH still cheaper than if i went with out insurance.

Wisp is the best. For someone who is going through menopause, the hormone care has been excellent. Also great for frequent bv and yeast infections. When you know what you have it removes having to sit in a waiting room. Highly recommend!
