Took 3 days to get meds. Which is not really anyone's fault but no use for medicine at that point. I am glad to be prepared now for next time. Walgreens took to long. I suggested people send meds to 24 hour pharmacy.

Overpriced, and they did not give the pharmacy all of the relevant information in order for me to pick up my prescription. When I was at the pharmacy they called Wisp but there's no human to pick up the phone, instead it's an automated message. I contacted wisp and they were late to respond to the messages and late to provide the pharmacy with the needed information for pickup. So I had to wait an extra day in order to pick up my prescription which was very frustrating. Will definitely not be using this service again and don't recommend unless you like waiting.

I had high hopes for this formulation for sleep issues but found they just did nothing for me. What I really regret is that I couldn’t just buy a small amount to try it for a month. The large expensive bottle was the only size available for purchase. I think it is a well meaning company but these sleep tablets are very overpriced and for me, at least, did not deliver any sleep help whatsoever.

8/21/26. They are very difficult to reach. And they do not get back to you in a very prompt manner. I did get some satisfaction, but for the most part I had to chase them to hear back. Their portal doesn't connect with they're marketing and they would always be sending the emails that weren't relevant to my situation. Would I do it again?And only if I couldn't find somebody better.

i ordered an at home test kit and mailed in my sample- but i haven’t heard anything back from you guys and i am pretty sure i need antibiotics?

I ordered two at-home test kits, and unfortunately the experience was underwhelming. Both tests were fairly involved, yet the printed instructions were extremely small and difficult to read. I don't normally have trouble with small print, but these were challenging enough that I found myself wishing there were larger, clearer instructions included. The turnaround time was also much slower than I expected. Once the lab received my samples, it took 10 calendar days to receive my results. By comparison, I've used other mail-in testing services where the entire process—from ordering the kit, collecting and mailing back samples, lab processing, and receiving results—was completed in about five days. The service worked in the end, but between the difficult-to-read instructions and the lengthy processing time, it didn't meet my expectations.

I've been on this medication for a long time. I switched to the wisp one for cost reasons. It's given me horrible acne since their formulation is very oil and heavy! Would really stay away.
