Advertise help within a few hours but that’s untrue. After 2 hours of my payment, I had yet to hear from a Dr. only after I message does one pop in. I’ve now approved my prescription over 3 hours ago and while they said a Dr would email me shortly about my prescription, it hasn’t been sent it and I’ve heard nothing. Amazon telehealth is the way to go - don’t waste your time!

Wisp has always been good to me. They react fast to messages, send in prescriptions fast and customer service is fast and polite. I struggle with BV and they don't make it impossible for me to get the prescriptions that I need. I am 100% satisfied and definitely recommend.

Obviously if there was a NO STAR option I would choose that. I put in for a prescription for fluconazole last night. They took my payment even before rendering service. I’ve sat all day waiting on them to send this medication to the pharmacy. Sent a message to support because there isn’t an option to talk to customer support and was told I’m waiting in queue for a Dr to review this was 6 HOURS ago. It would have been quicker to just go to urgent care. DO NOT use this BS company for anything. They take your money BEFORE offering service AND you will sit and wait all day when they advertise QUICK solutions for your female problems. ANY women whose ever suffered from a yeast infection KNOWS they don’t want to wait a whole day for a prescription to relieve symptoms
