If I could give zero stars I would spent my money said the prescription was sent to pharmacy. Pharmacy states never got it contact wisp no response so now I’m out of my money no treatment and suffering the first time using this company was great the second a no go never will I be using this company again.

Absolutely horrible. Close to 48 hours and my order is still under review for a UTI! I have been in pain for close to two days when I paid a PREMIUM to have this service expedited online. Complete waste of time with the bonus of added discomfort. Customer service, while responsive, was entirely useless. I was passed around to four different people who all told me different versions of the same thing. Since their website advertises same-day servicing, I believe this company to, at best, be misleading and at worst be deceptive and shady. Do NOT use Wisp; go somewhere else and save yourself the pain (figurative and literal).

Not very good at communicating and it takes days to send my birth control to my pharmacy

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Wisp. I placed an order over a month ago and never received the item, yet Wisp refuses to issue a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something that never arrives and then be told there’s nothing they can do. A company should stand behind its orders and take responsibility when things go wrong, not leave customers stranded. This experience has completely shaken my trust in Wisp, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Reply to the response below: of course I have email the support team but every time I got the same auto generated responses. No real people are actually taking the cases seriously. I’m very disappointed with Wisp. My birth control refill was delayed, even though the brand claims to care about women’s health. Anyone who takes birth control knows how important it is to receive medication on time, yet my refill was held up with no real explanation. The support experience was even worse. Every time I reached out, all I received were the same robotic, auto-generated replies telling me I would get my refill “within 24 hours.” Nothing ever progressed, and no one actually looked into my case. I followed up multiple times, and every message I got was identical and unhelpful. Delaying essential medication and offering no real support is unacceptable. I would not recommend using their service.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for multiple days for a doctor or DO to sign off on my medication. As in the state of Texas, I am not allowed to pick up my medication if a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant does not have a doctor or DO signing off on it. Every time I I send a message to my provider, I get no results even though I tell them exactly what the problem is. They do not listen and say they’ll look into it while no one has looked into it and I need the medication in a matter of days, I probably won’t be using this company again. And I hope I can get a refund at the bare minimum. This is going to ruin my vacation.

No prescription was filled. Waste of $
