The medication was supposed to be transferred from one pharmacy to the next, and it was not done in time to meet the 72-hour requirement in which the medicine was supposed to be taken. I had to make other arrangements which was able to provide the same medicine in an hour. Certain medications due to their time sensitivity should automatically be made a priority. I shouldn't have to repeatedly be contacting support to push my order higher up "your queue". I won't be using this service or recommending this service for this reason. Things should have been handled quickly instead of being stuck in a queue.
