Wisp has horrible customer service. I had an online visit on Sunday. The prescription was sent over to Publix Pharmacy. The pharmacy contacted me about 2 hours later saying the doctor that wrote the prescription license is expired and the script is null and void. Contacted wisp through app... have yet to get this matter resolved.

My experience was fast

On the front page, one to two hour prescription is promised. After you pay, it says it may be contacted up to 24 hours. Amazon telehealth is the way to go.

Great experience, fast service

I have to say, I took a hit this year and lost insurance coverage for some time ! I was battling BV for some time and wanted to be proactive and be able to continue to take care of myself ! WISP, allowed me to do that. Filling out the profile paperwork and consultation was seamless. Anytime I needed something I just go right to my portal and order. The subscription setting is also super helpful so I do not have to go and reorder when and if needed. Wisp saved me this year and helped me feel better about my situation. Comes discrete in the mail within just a couple days - its a no brainer!

Wisp is awesome way to get it done without visiting the doctors office, every time for everything. Answer a few questions from home and pick up from your closest pharmacy. They also have great response time for processing.

Highly recommend Wisp ! They are truly a HUGE help
