I have been UNSUCCESSFULLY been trying to cancel my subscription/membership with Wisp because of the Tru Pill data breach and even after jumping thru hoops and 3 requests, my acct is still active. If that were not enough, I can tell you that when I first started with this service, my meds would arrive in 2-3 days - now it takes more like 10 days. Do you want to wait that long for medicine that your body needs?

This site is good for people who don't have time to take off from work or just to embarrassed to see a doctor in person, or for people who have no health insurance. I have been a customer of this site for many years never had a problem getting anything I ask for or rather should I say needed.

This was my first time using Wisp! A had a pesky yeast infection pop up and knew what it was but I hate the creams. I answered a few short questions and boom. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy! Such an easy process and I would definitely use it again!

Easy and fairly quick, two things you want when you don’t feel well.

I am absolutely disgusted with Wisp and their disregard for customer data. After signing up for their service, I decided to see my doctor instead. I tried to delete my account, and have not been able to since. It has been over two months. The option to delete your account is not on their website. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and they have ignored all my requests. They continue to spam me with texts. I feel very uncomfortable with them holding on to my private, medical information. I have already filed complaints with the BBB and will be following with HHS and OCR.

It is such a waste of time and money to go the Dr. office for a simple UTI. I am a 58 year old woman who is a nurse! It is disrespectful for women who know their own bodies to make them come into the Dr. and pay for a urine culture.
