Believe all of the negative reviews regarding shipping times. The website says that you will receive your product within 3 to 5 days after ordering. Mine will take 10 days just to receive it, and that's if it shows up on time. They have already told me that if it does not show up on time they still are refusing a refund and will just be sending a replacement.Then I will have to send them back to the lab. The turnaround time will be close to three weeks from the time that I ordered the test. If they have to send a replacement it will be over a month. I tried to cancel the order four days after I placed it because the items had not shipped. They absolutely will not cancel orders nor refund your money. You're better off just making an appointment with your regular doctor. Especially if you are ordering tests for a yeast infection or BV. If you are in any kind of discomfort or need to know your results without waiting a month and a half? I would absolutely not use this service!!

The birth control subscription is misleading. You pay for the subscription and then you pay for medication separately. Can't reach customer service.

I have a great primary care dr...but getting in is impossible. Sometimes I know what the issue is and I just need to have it dealt with quickly. I decided to give Wisp a try and was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole process was. Request, reviewed and then picked up at my own pharmacy all within 24 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It’s no way of speaking to anyone if you need to speak to someone. You have to wait 24-48 just to talk to someone. I’m a truck driver and I can’t wait 24-48 to get a prescription because I don’t know where I would be.

When you know what's wrong this makes things super easy. I loved the process and ease. No waiting rooms, no 2 hour wait at the doctor. They called in the script and I was able to pick up in hours. I will use them again.
