I reached out for follow up because the precribed treatment did not work. I took three days of back and forth messages for them to say the couldn’t help with an updated prescription and that I needed to see a physician. 3 days of discomfort just to be told to make an appointment with my doctor.

When I thought my vacation would be ruined!!!! OLE WISP CAME IN CLUTCH!!!

I love the convenience of this service for my birth control. I can't always adhere to an appt, so being able to order with ease online for a low cost is SO helpful. They also listen to my requests and get back right away. The ONLY issue was that I did have to go a couple of days without, but that was my own fault for expecting it to be a 24hr service. Now I know.

The whole process to get treatment. Was so easy and fast. Got it next day to my pharmacy. Highly recommend.

I’m applaud at your lack of care and your poor customer service. I’ve been trying to fill medication for 6 days. Your so called customer service took more than more than 24 hours to get back to me from my initial inquiry to them. You took my money and THEN you ask me questions and then told me I wasn't eligible. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back (after you sat on it for 6 days) before I can go somewhere else to get the medicine. All I get is automatic responses back and no one has bothered to call and tell me why I’m not eligible. Cruel and Heartless!!!!!

Halted migraine treatment citing the treatment was “out of stock” right before my next prescription refill and never had a doctor educate me on tapering topamax (which has side of effects of new or worsening seizures and suicidal ideation/worsening depression) which is incredibly concerning. I then was told that migraine treatment was no longer offered. No clarification was offered when I asked what the real answer was. When I asked wisp about my treatment no one responded to me. I had my plan cancelled multiple times throughout my care - it was consistently difficult to get clear answers and connect with wisp providers, often I was responded to by customer support rather than medical providers. Careless company that seems to to care more about profit than patient care. I moved to cove and they have been more expensive but patient focused and wonderful.

Wisp made it very easy for me to get my birth control pills. They are fast quick with responding to messages and processing my prescription. I love the service and will continue to use Wisp.
