The worst experience ever! Some of the prescribed stuff looked incorrect and I asked them! They told me that it is wrong and that the pharmacy didn't fill the prescription correctly! It turned out that the pharmacy did fill the prescription correctly when I talked to the pharmacist. Then these guys told me that the prescription is correct! What? First, it has been incorrect and now it is ok!!! They caused so much confusion and it took them 3 days to figure it out! This is the worst and slowest service ever! Look for another provider!

The whole process was just easy and convenient. The price isn't too bad but for the convenience worth it.

The easiest way to get the medication I needed for a UTI! I know my body and I know when I am sick. It was nice not having to wait for an appointment and spend hundreds of dollars at the doctors and then lab fees.

I continued to email about the updated pharmacy that was done before my order finished processing. The prescription was still sent to the previous pharmacy in another state. I sent several emails asking them to send it to the new pharmacy and they confirmed it was done. I waited 2 days and then went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and they advised it wasn’t there. Since it was late in the day the pharmacist advised it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. Their website advises prescriptions are ready within 24 hours. THIS IS NOT TRUE! My order stayed in a “processing” status for 5 days before being sent to the wrong location. This is supposed to be an easy process, but it was super frustrating.

The ease of access to meds through wisp is amazing- at a time when you’re in pain and need relief quickly!

5 days ago now i signed up to receive my birth control prescription via wisp They asked for card information and charged my card before asking for my ID i have not need able to successfully access anything on their page since. I’ve tried several browsers. They say to email wisp support I have sent many of emails! I keep getting the same generic response back and they keep reaching out to me to complete my order when the web page does not work I’ve been begging for them to refund me since and they have not done so
