No follow up on prescription

EFF you wisp for not even providing a real quiz for those who are seriously concerned for their health.

I have been a loyal Wisp customer for over a year, but my recent experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. A few days before my scheduled refill date, I proactively placed an order to avoid any gaps in medication adherence. I received confirmation that the order would arrive within 3–5 business days. On the second business day, I reached out for a tracking update—assuming it would have shipped by then—only to be told the order had not even been processed and would take an additional 10 business days to be delivered. The only explanation provided was “high volumes,” which is vague and unacceptable for a healthcare service where timely delivery is critical. This has turned into a colossal headache. Customer service has been slow and ineffective, taking 24 hours to respond to each email, and despite multiple requests to call me, no one has called me back. Leadership offered an alternative: sending the prescription to my local pharmacy instead of home delivery, which forced me to incur an additional copay—something I had no choice but to accept to maintain medication adherence. Even then, the process was riddled with delays. I was told the prescription would be ready the next day, but I had to follow up again, only to learn they needed more information before processing. Twelve hours later, I was informed the order was “processed” but still awaiting approval to be sent to the pharmacy. As of now, nothing has happened. If medication adherence is a priority for you, I strongly recommend reconsidering Wisp as your prescription provider. Their inability to meet basic service expectations poses a serious risk to customers who rely on timely access to medication.

I had a prescription picked in about an hour from the beginning of the entire process. Seamless and well worth the small fee. It would have cost about that much to go to urgent care and I didn't have to get ready, leave my house, or wait in a waiting room. Will be using again whenever I need quick care!

Waited 5 days for my prescription to be sent even though I ordered a medication that was advertised as “same day pick up”/ within 24 hours. Awful if I had know I would have just scheduled an appointment with urgent care.
