They offer lots of products and information. However, when the providers prescribe medication, they don’t seem to be aware or maybe they don’t care about the cost. I wish the pricing of medications with and without insurance was more transparent. Insurance companies are the devil and rarely pay for what people need, so it would be helpful if wisp was clear on the costs.

The customer service is impeccable. The team of doctors listen to your needs and are incredibly responsive. I don’t have to worry about renewing my prescription because they make it so easy. I’ve been using them for at least a year and it is the best!

I never even received the prescription or any communication whatsoever from a doctor. I expect a refund and I won’t be using the website again, or recommending it to anyone! I was in pain for all of Saturday into Sunday.

I was not contacted within 24 hours. I was not contacted at all until after I asked for a refund then within 30 minutes a prescription was sent. That is the only reason I did not give them one star. Because I did get a prescription finally. But I will not be using this service again. If you say you will get a response within 24 hours then you should be able to get a response without having to go after a refund. Very disappointed.

Wisp made it so easy for me to get the care I needed for my UTI. I've used it twice and with both times, the process was so fast- same day!! It's affordable and way cheaper than going to an urgent care near me. I'm so thankful!

I paid my fee to get treatment and I have not heard back at all. I thought the process would be fast as advertised and I would in contact with someone fast but it’s been over 24 hours and nothing. I really need the medication I requested but unfortunately nothing.
