On time, knew what he was doing, nice, neat and clean, didn't say anything about my messy house. 😂

Dealing with Puls was very easy and convenient, and I could get an appointment quicker than some of the other services. The technician they dispatched, Rafael, was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the same day with the part to repair it. Throughout, he was courteous, efficient, and professional, even making extra sure he cleaned up after the job.

Service call cost was low. The plumbing company they referred us to called right away and was here the next day to replace a garbage disposal. It was quick and the gentlemen that did the work was fantastic.
