Any 5 star review has to be fake. Typical home warranty - The goal is not to pay anything. If your water heater goes out, you want it back online. They will tell you it will take a week or longer to get someone to just initially look at it. They know you can't wait and will just replace it on your own. Good scam. Shame on me.

The worst warranty company on the market. They will deny your claim so they don’t have to pay it when the second opinion and first opinion you request tell Super they are wrong. They do this they have to pay out claim. I would give them no stars if I could

I made the appointment at 4:00 PM the day before and Ishaka was here the next day. He didn't think the part would be in for a few days. He called me back as I was walking out the door to get some ice for everything in the fridge to be cold. He called and said he found it at another vendor and would be back in an hour. He was here in exactly an hour and had my fridge up and running soon. I told him when it started that was the most beautiful sound in the world to me at that moment. Very professional and nice. My dog even liked him.

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Ishaka was able to go above and beyond to get your fridge up and running so quickly. It’s great to know he made such a positive impression — even winning over your dog! We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We're grateful to have him on our team and even more grateful for customers like you.
