Paul did an absolutely amazing job repairing my dishwasher. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he’s not only highly skilled but also ethical and trustworthy. He took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain the issue to me in simple terms, and make sure the repair was done right the first time. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who combines great technical ability with such integrity, and I’m grateful to have found him. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

Stepan, our service tech, was cordial, polite, and considerate. He was a significant factor in the making the experience well received. Although it was obvious English was not his primary language he was able to articulate what he intended to do, ask the right questions, and be able to explain the situation with my appliance. Myself being an engineer, his process was sound and methodical, which made his assessment sensible and agreeable.
