I got three pairs of slippers from them and they all were cute and comfy. I got the shark slippers the clogs and fuzzy slippers. I also got a free pair of avocado socks for free. They all fit, I’m a size 9.5-10 so I got the size 9-10. I think next time I will size up on the closed toe slippers just because I like a little more toe room. Shipping took about 3 weeks. When it arrive my slippers were bunched together in a bag with tape, I guess they were out of boxes. When I opened my package there was a strong spell mixed like paint and something chemically but the smell went away in about 10-30 mins. Overall I will buy again.

She slipper delivered to me, and when I open it OMG is badly damaged and I emailed them to request a return, and they said my item doesn't meet the criteria circumstances. What!!?, I show them the picture clearly of where it damaged, and telling me it doesn't meet their require damaged? How more bad you want a slipper to be damage.

I was afraid this was a scam. The website has little to no info about the seller and there's only one email address as a point of contact. There're also no options to edit orders once they've been placed. So if you're a dummy like me and don't notice your browser auto entered your old address as your shipping information until minutes after placing the order it can be incredibly nerve wracking to look for help and only find one email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer and correction of my shipping address by someone in customer service. Even better?? I messed up the address AGAIN in my first email and they were quick to change it AGAIN within like 4 hrs. I was really blown away by that. The product took a while to get to me, about 3 weeks but i expected the longer times and was not bothered by this. The slippers are wonderful, No damage to the packaging or product. They're easy to clean, You can rise any dirt from outside right off. They're comfortable and adorable. They're Exactly what was advertised. I'm hoping the details for the eyes and teeth last with continued use. My 5 year old son wants a pair now to match. I'll have to make another order soon. This time I'll remember to correct the address in my autofill!
