The slides are super cute and I purchased the pro recently. My last order was to get the angler with lights and adorable is what I got! I loved them for the whole 3 days until one light socket fell out somewhere. Just like the eyes I got the first time those too also just disappear from walking.

We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience. We checked our support records and confirmed that we received your email on September 16 and replied on September 17 with the return instructions. We’re sorry that reply didn’t reach you—it may have landed in your spam folder. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel left without a response, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Images of products are misleading, and the quality is poor.

These slippers look amazing! Service was excellent. I will be back for me next time! These are for a paeleontology mad 17 year old grandaughter. Thank you so much!

For the quality, they are overpriced. Slow delivery and troublesome.
