Hello Alpha prescribed my asthma inhalers and even resent the prescription because the insurance needed it written as a three-month supply rather than as a one-month supply. They answered all my messages / correspondence on the site in less than 24 hours - VERY FAST! The site was easy-to-use, and the process of obtaining meds was fast and convenient. Customer service has been EXCELLENT!!!

Hi Rachelle, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Navigating insurance requirements like 3-month supply adjustments can be tricky, so we're thrilled our team was able to jump on that quickly and get your asthma inhalers taken care of without delay. Providing fast, convenient, and truly helpful care is what we strive for every day. We’re so grateful to have you in the Hello Alpha community!

Hello Alpha has been a wonderful telehealth company. They have been with me through my weightloss journey. They are always there to answer questions. The cost per month is very reasonable. I am glad they are here for me.

Kay W.
Overall been great. I understand the face to face call and no problem but because I was not told in advance I will be out of the medicine before they could schedule my visit. That is not right for the patient.
Response from Hello AlphaAug 7, 2026
Hi Kay, Hi there, thank you for sharing your honest experience. We're glad the overall service has been great, but we apologize for the stress caused by the timing of your live visit. While face-to-face appointments are essential for maintaining continuous care safely, you should have been notified well in advance so your treatment wasn't delayed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can refine our patient notification process.
