I like that I’m able to access affordable healthcare and am able to communicate with providers about my questions and concerns. The only thing is, they didn’t tell me the cost of the medication before they charged me. Thankfully, I had enough money and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I also like that you can choose between a full year-long subscription or a cheaper one for 3 months. And if you can only pay 3 months at a time, it’s not even that much more expensive.

Currently really disappointed in Alpha Medical. It’s been great for price and accessibility but recently completely forgot my recurring orders for my antidepressant & anti-anxiety medications. I went 5 days without my antidepressant while requesting an emergency 1 time prescription to hold me over while they send out my regular order. I finally got the emergency order completed yesterday after days of calling and leaving messages. But now I’m almost out of my anti-anxiety medication and was told it’s been ordered but there is no confirmation or shipping alert. I once again asked for an emergency prescription but haven’t received one yet. Really hoping I don’t have to keep counting my pills and reminding this company to fulfill the recurring orders I rely on for my health.

This is service is great! I can't get in to see my pcp for a couple months, so being able to get my prescription online is awesome! The service was super fast and easy, and got the medication that I wanted.

Alpha medical was great.

The surveys are a little longer than I wish they were, especially since some conditions do not apply to me. But this was the only way I would be able to get what I needed. I get super busy and neglect things that aren’t urgent. When my wife told me about Alpha, I gave it a shot. Small fee, maybe 30min to setup and take survey, and then they let me pick a specific medication my family recommended. It’s really helped me and it’s automatically mailed to me each month. Also, I felt some conditions were returning and it’s very easy to send a message and reply to their response when I’m available again. I would definitely recommend this for busy people or someone who has social anxiety and difficulty talking with people.

What a great and easy experience from the beginning to the end. The PA sent me a few messages asking me questions and I had my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy within hours. Such an easy process to get my migraines back under control. I will definitely use them again in the future!!
