Alpha has been really great. I like that I can send a message to my healthcare provider about a new or reoccuring issue that I am having. It is super easy to use and you do not have to wait for a video visit.

I’m on a trip that lasted longer than expected and did not have enough medication to last until I could get home where my next bottle had already been shipped. My provider was super understanding about this and sent a 10 day prescription to the closest pharmacy to me. Using alpha medical is very easy and convenient as a whole and I definitely appreciate the flexibility and understanding.

I almost signed up with Cerebral but found Alpha and went with it instead. I'm glad I did because Cerebral has awful reviews and a much higher price. I was skeptical at first, but the price is really low so I took a chance with Alpha Medical and I'm glad I did, even though, it's only been a month since I opened my account. I initially wanted to get my medicine from a local pharmacy but I decided to go with TruePill from Alpha and my package was sent to the wrong city first (reason given: label error) and I received it days later than expected. So, I didn't want to risk that happening again, especially after starting much-needed medication, and had my prescription changed to a local pharmacy. I haven't had any big issues but there have been little ones but for the price, it's great. The customer support through the website (messages) is not the best. Information about the process would be better, such as, when refills will be sent to the pharmacy and when the next follow-up will be, or about how long medication treatment can be expected to be. I didn't have a good experience with a local provider and they normally charge a lot. This is my first time using telehealth and I'm content with Alpha so far. I hope certain things improve and I will wait until the end of my treatment to say whether I recommend it or not.
