Alpha Medical is an amazing service! I always am please with how easy it is to get the treatment and medications I need streamlined to my house, especially in this unprecedented time!

The evaluation is thorough. I get quick responses when I message. As treatment has needed to change, they have worked quickly to help me feel better.

I love the convenience of alpha, but I am on two different prescriptions for mental health and they always always forget to refill one of them. They respond quickly when you reach out, but I’ve addressed the issue 3 times now and still have issues receiving the one. I think this is less common issue though as I figure most people aren’t getting multiple prescriptions through them. Other than that, they do a great job! Just need to work on some bugs.

I’ve only been using Alpha Medical a few weeks and I have to say I really haven’t had any issues. I was at my breaking point. anxiety had taken control of my life.. I thought I would atleast give medication a shot.. I took the quick evaluation tests to be diagnosed. Within a day my doctor had reached out with some helpful self help links and prescribed me a particular medication. After some research on my own time I asked if there was any way I could try out a different medication with less side effects. She suggested another one and within a week I received my medication. It’s been a week and whether it’s placebo effect or not I’m already feeling less anxious and more motivated. Thank you!!!

I was a patient with Alpha from October 2020-Feb 2021. I had 3 consults, but only received and approved one treatment plan in October 2020. The other two I didn’t accept or complete. Since I cancelled my membership and service in February I was surprised to get a shipping notice for a prescription I didn’t approve from October recently, in April. They just decided to ship it without approval, bill my card on file, and charge my insurance. They had never filled this prescription before. Now I’m fighting them because I didn’t approve it and they won’t refund or return the never approved prescription. I will have the records of cancellation, so I’ll be disputing with my credit card company and filing a complaint for insurance fraud with my insurance company.
