Very happy with Alpha. Questionnaire required information pertinent to the product I was requesting. After approval processing was prompt and seamless. Auto refill followed right on schedule. Perfect experience with online prescription process. I highly recommmend!

RIPPING ME OFF! Sent me medications I didn't order, charged me for them... Price unknown!! Asked you to close the account immediately... Email 3 days later saying it's closed... Now an email saying a package is on my porch? (1) it isn't there; (2) I don't have a clue what it could be or how much you charged my card. Of course you don't allow my card to be deleted!! Horrible!!

Good luck actually trying to get your prescription. Do NOT go through their online pharmacy. Unnecessary delays. You’re much better off going with another service or just picking up your medication at the pharmacy down the street.
