I reached out to ask for a delay on this medication. I only need it periodically and I'm haven't even used any of the last months. I never heard back from anybody. Now I have a charge an extra medication and don't need it. I also can't seem to get the system to delay the next shipment. I may just cancel all together

I have yet to come across a medical service as reliable, professional, efficient, and useful for the busy working individual such as myself. Alpha Medical take the cake. They were able to assess my weight loss needs, account for my preferences for medications, use my insurance, communicate with me frequently with updates, conduct the prior authorization and get the medication approved for me. I am blown away by their service. I am sincerely so grateful that they are able to do for me what other doctors have not been able to do even with ample time and resources. Even if you do not have insurance, they will work with you to find the most reasonably priced options to meet your needs. They are fantastic. They are wonderful and I highly highly recommend them to anyone.

Was looking to get some help with my weight, and with covid going on it was hard to get into a doctor. Seen this on Google and said why not try it. Not only did they help me get diet meds, they shipped so fast. Even messaged me when my insurance was wrong, giving me a chance to fix it before charging me. Definitely using alpha medical more often!
