The process was easy and fast. The medicine that was prescribed has been effective. I am very satisfied with Alpha Medical and recommend this service.

Was great for a while. Was using the mental health subscription, which is more because the visits are more often. But about a month before renewal time, I fell on hard times and had no money. They said they can't pause the subscription and they, in fact, raised the price even further because of how many visits you get. Sure, fine, except I had paid for the three month subscribtion... And not once had my psychiatrist talked to me in those three months. And I thought I was supposed to get an eval at least once a month. So I paid for the next three months, thinking maybe then I'll get an eval. Almost another month later and nope. Haven't heard from anyone. So at this point I'm just paying a ridiculous amount in shipping costs for my meds and do not think it's worth it.

I switched to Alpha Medical from Cerebral. There was absolutely no hassle in getting them onboard with that I had previously been treated for and how I’d like to continue. In fact, I discovered that I’d been on a sub treatment dosage of my SSRI for months. I’m unsure if Cerebral forgot to stair step me up again because my meetings with my practitioner kept getting pushed back, or if they just intended to keep me on a low dose indefinitely. Either way, I’ve found Alpha Medical to be more reliable, less stressful, and only a third of the price I was paying for Cerebral. I’m glad I made the switch and am grateful for Alpha Medical’s excellent service at a more easily affordable price point.
