Where are the prescriptions?
I would have initially given them 5 stars due to the convenience. As of recently there seems to be some issues with the prescriptions. I utilize my own insurance and all I need is for the physician to send the prescription to my pharmacy. I'm on day 5 and nothing has been sent to my pharmacy. My insurance at work changed and I have to go through the prior authorization process as well. I don't want to run out of medication before someone reads a message. This is extremely frustrating. Update: One of the two prescriptions was sent to my pharmacy this morning. Supposedly it takes them 20-25 days for a prior authorization to be complete, which I know it can be completed much quicker than this. The 2nd prescription says it was sent to my pharmacy but nothing’s there but the prescription that requires the PA. These people are extremely frustrating. I’ve got to find somewhere else to go next month. I don’t have time for this foolishness. Sept 30th: Still waiting on a prior authorization to be completed. My insurance even tried to contact them directly to expedite things and I still have a prescription pending at my pharmacy. I will definitely be working with another company next month. With a regular doctor’s office I can get a PA done in 2 business days, but not these folks.
