If you’re receiving medication from your preferred pharmacy, you may be able to make changes by contacting them directly to pause, resume, skip a refill, or to transfer a prescription. If you were advised your prescription is not available, we recommend asking your pharmacy to clarify if this is because the prescription requires prior authorization, because your provider needs to send the prescription, or if it’s too early for a refill.
