Poor Customer Care Services Provider Helium 10 ☹️ Even they have no command in their system to reaccess the account. 26 june 2023 i purchased helium 10 after i dont have access to my account on helium 10 plateform very poor service providers👎

Outstanding service by Ana Joy Dacoycoy
I was helped by Ana Joy Dacoycoy. The customer assistance I received was exceptional due to her prompt and knowledgeable responses, as well as her willingness to go above and beyond to address my needs and provide effective solutions. Her professionalism and dedication made the assistance truly great. Lastly, I was going to cancel my subscription and she gave me a 20% code to stay. Thank you for all of the help!

The issue was resolved.
I loved the way the team responded to my email in short time. However, sending emails when requesting for an urgent help, it was a time consuming. Therefore, as a customer I would love to have a customer service phone number to contact, instead of using emails.

Bug fixes are slow
Bug fixes are neglected. Some tools are forever stuck in beta. It feels like the owners are trying to sell, cutting costs and ignoring upgrades, maintenance, and customer service.
