Terrible Company!!!
Terrible Company!!! I had used the diamond service for over a year which was okay ... My subscription recently ended and i renewed it a month after as there was some features that where usefull like the ASIN tracker which tells you any bad reviews and other metrics on the listings. I had 500 ASINs that i could track with my diamond plan but without making it CLEAR they had chaged the 500 to 20!!! Yes 500 > 20 on a plan that costs $79 a month and i paid for the whole year . this is pathetic and now i cant use helium 10 as i sell over 500 products. Their solution was pay for the upgraded package which is $229 a month and that will only get me 200 asins and then pay $1200 ! for an extra 100 asins 3 times. $3600 to get back to my orignal ASIN's i could track. They wont put me back on my old package and wont offer a refund, even though i paid for the year 9 days ago PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE / COMPANY. THEY USE TO OFFER OKAY PACKAGES NOW ITS ALL ABOUT GIVING THEM MORE AND MORE MONEY!!

wonderful response to nighttime SOS
the agent, Michael da-something was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution even though i wouldn't share what i felt was sensitive account info. Plus, it is nighttime..but the support was solid nevertheless.
