The employees at heb could have been little nicer, and politer. Cashier was rude and didn't say hello or didn't greet me, or/and didn't tell me have a good day. I guess I'll go to Walmart

I like some things about H‑E‑B but lately they push their brand and don’t stock shelves. It has nothing to do with shortages they are just slow stocking and have gone to gluten free Pioneer gravy mix only - I want regular don’t try to push just gluten free - have to go to other stores to get everything I need

I've been shopping HEB for over 20 years and am finally done. I stopped going unless they had a specific item I needed awhile ago because of their customer service, it's .. not great. Today was the final straw when I ordered curbside for the first time & just like other reviewers have said, was charged but DID NOT receive everything I ordered. Trying to contact them about it is nearly impossible. What a massive rip off & giant inconvenience to try to get food items from a grocery store that already has your money & doesn't care if you are dissatisfied. Ridiculous. I'll never shop here again.

I recently purchased HEB'S Poteet Strawberry sherbet. Very nice packaging, But the sherbet taste very salty. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch.

I purchased some groceries from the HEB in Spring and the delivery driver dropped off my groceries at another apt number and lied about the apt number that he dropped it off at he literally just made up an apt. number and then said he wasn't going to come back and show us where he dropped off the groceries. So when I called HEB and notified them of what happened they just said oh we don't have enough pickers to pick your order again it can either come out to you again tomorrow or you can get a refund. I asked the manager if he could pick the order and he said all they can do is give me a refund. I will never do a delivery from HEB again and I wouldn't even recommend their delivery service to my enemy.

HEB is a grocery chain in Texas and is very popular in Texas. Good choice of food items, some non food items too. They also have curb pickup and food delivery service although curb pickup is free vs somewhat expensive delivery service. Only issue is that curb pickup service sometimes has a long wait time, 30 minutes or more. Overall, my favorite grocery store.

NEVER AGAIN! They don't deliver some items and still charge for them. They charge high fees to rip people off! It's better to shop at the store or just order on Amazon!

I tried the HEB grocery delivery service as a safety measure because of the spread of the COVID Delta variant. I have a two year old granddaughter and a pregnant daughter and was happy to utilize this service. When I got the groceries I didn't receive everything on my list, however I was still charged for items I didn't even get. I just can't trust to use this service again. Thanks for nothing.
