My issue with my local H-E-B, has nothing to do with poor customer service, I can, honestly, say that the level of service I received was set at a very high bar. I have become more aware of certain foods that have ingredients that are not natural, and even bioengineered. While the FDA seems to believe that these ingredients are safe, I am not so sure, and the labels used today are vague, to say the least. The more labels I read, tells me that many pre-made foods from the bakery and deli have “bioengineered ingredients”, and the labels are not much more specific beyond that phrase. After having a chat with a 28+ year bakery manager, I am resolved to keep reading the labels, because the use of less than natural ingredients will continue, for the time being.

Hands down!! HEB, Summerwood made my wedding a success!! I was skeptical at first about getting my wedding cake from a store bakery but I’m glad I did! You won’t be disappointed!! The ladies in the bakery did an exceptional job!! My wedding cake was beautiful and elegant! Most importantly, it was very delicious. It was gone in twenty minutes!! Thanks, HEB for the wonderful cake!! I would recommend you to anyone.

I've shopped several times at the HEB Magnolia Place. Each time the employees have been standing gossiping. Today was know exception on the health food isle 2 employees stood in the way as they discussed boyfriends. As I checked out the cashier and sacker complained about how many people were scheduled to work. I'm sure this is management down because over several shopping trips this has been the MO of all employees I've encountered.

Never had an issue with HEB. Was sold a defective product at Corpus Christi store# 3, and manager Ruben Fuentes refuses to reimburse me the $5 for the product they never should have sold. Challenged me to dispute the whole charge. What terrible service. Anti-community.

I have been to the Alon location multiple times and they are always out of International Delight French Vanilla. The have one row for it and no rows for the larger size bottle yet Coffee Mate has half the door for its products. Why can you add more rows for International Delight??? It’s very frustrating.

Previously HEB had a pharmacy app which worked flawlessly, used it all the time. Now that they've Incorporated the store so I have to go to multiple steps just to get to the pharmacy. Very disappointing that HEB would cut me off and make it difficult for me to use them so... I will stop using them.
